Terms of Use

Camera ZOOM FX is made by Watch Faces & Widgets Ltd (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the Camera ZOOM FX apps for Android and iPhone (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. If you got the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Please don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.

Your photos

The photos you take and edit with the App are yours. They’re saved on your phone, and we don’t claim any rights to them. You’re responsible for what you photograph and how you share it: please respect other people’s privacy and the law where you are.

Effects, frames and cards

The effects, presets, frames, textures and greeting card designs in the App are ours or used under licence. You’re welcome to use them in your own photos and share those photos, but not to extract them and redistribute them on their own.

Changes to the App

We may update, change or stop parts of the App. Some features depend on your phone’s camera hardware and operating system, so not every feature is available on every device.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors, or that every photo will be saved; please back up photos that matter to you. Date stamps and location details come from your phone and may not always be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top; if you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply.
